The GMP Énergie offer includes only appliances that can be connected to a centralized forced air system, with ventilation ducts.
The GMP Énergie offer does not include devices of the following types:
Window air conditioner;
Split-type wall-mounted air conditioner/heat pump.

Grant amounts paid cannot exceed 100% of eligible project costs. The conditions of the offer and the amounts of the grants offered are subject to change without notice. Eligible participants must be new subscribers to Hydro-Québec’s residential dual-energy Rate DT or to the dual-energy rate of a participating municipal or cooperative network (contact us for more information about participating municipal and cooperative networks). Eligible participants must also commit to using the dual-energy natural-gas—electricity system at the dual-energy rate for a minimum of 10 years from the date of enrolment in the dual-energy rate. Existing eligible buildings must be connected to Énergir’s natural gas network and have been using natural gas or renewable natural gas (or a combination of the two) for space heating, either with a central hot-air (forced-air) or central hot-water heating system for at least 12 months at the time of application.
